Exchanges
If the item you ordered was not the right one for you, just place another order and return the unwanted items to us. Many of our items are unique and one of a kind. Because of the time involved in shipping and processing your return we recommend you place a new order to ensure product availability. See below for how to send a return.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchases from Exquisitecrystals.com LLC. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason:
1. Contact us via our contact page.
2. Tell us:
a. Name
b. Order Number
c. Item number(s) of what you wish to return.
3. We will send you a return authorization email notifying you that it is ok to return your items.
4. Your return will be credited within five days of receipt.
Returns may be sent any method but must be packed in the condition received.
Returns are accepted up to 7 days after customer receipt of shipment.
Returns that do not conform to the guidelines are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
