This was my favorite find from the Denver 2011 Gem Show. I would like to keep it myself but have too many others in my living room at the moment. It is a Smokey Quartz surrounded by an incredible wrap of Amethyst Flower. The Flower is a secondary growth over the base of dark smokey elestial quartz.

To find a specimen like this is not only rare, it is extremely rare to find it in this great of shape. I have only seen one other similar to this one in over 20 years!

Amethyst flowers are reputed to be an excellent stone for the "Indigo Children". The Elestial Quartz is a stone from the Angels. The smokey quartz is is great for grounding and keeping on in their body. Put all of these together in one specimen and you have not only an incredible collectors piece, but one heck of a powerful healing crystal.
