Q. How do I know what crystal I will get?

Most of our items are one of a kind and you will get the exact picture you see. The exceptions are items that show more than one stone (tumbled stones) and Jewelry items. Some of the jewelry is a one of a kind and some are created just for you as they are ordered.

Q. Do you have a catalog?

I am sorry, we do not. A catalog would require we raise our prices due to the expenses included in producing and mailing a catalog. Also we add items to our site almost daily so the catalog would be out of date before it was even printed.

Q. Do you have a retail store in my city?

We are web based only.

Q. Can I mail a cash or check to pay for an order?

Orders must be placed on-line, though we do accept checks and money orders through the mail. You must place your order on-line and choose the check / money order payment option. The address to where to send the payment along with the total will be provided on your invoice.

Q. How do I use my crystals?

Q. How do I change my order after I have placed it?

You can simply place an additional order. If we receive it before your first order is shipped, we will combine the orders and refund any additional shipping charges.

Q. May I place my order by phone?

Yes. We will be happy to take your order by phone, though only orders placed on-line qualify for free shipping.

Q. How long will my order take to receive?

Q. Can I track my package?

Yes. You will be sent a tracking number when we print your shipping label. You can then track it by going to either www.ups.com or www.usps.com depending on the method of shipping.

Q. May I return my crystals?

Yes. Please see our return policy for more information.

Q. Why doesn't my crystal look like the picture?

All monitors display colors differently. We have the pictures represent the crystal to our best ability. However because of lighting and monitors, your crystal may appear a bit different that on your monitor screen.

Q. May I put a special crystal on hold?

We want all of our customers to be able to purchase the crystal that they are attracted to. To insure that all crystals are available to all of our customers, we do not put any items on hold or reserve.

Q. May I get the picture of my crystal?

When your item is ordered, the picture is automatically removed from the website. If you would like the picture, please copy it before you place your order.
