Returns may be sent by any method but must be packed in the condition received. Damaged items are not eligible for refunds. Please DO NOT USE A LETTER ENVELOPE to ship any items. Letter envelopes run through sorting machines and the items are likely to break and or get lost in transit.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
